RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with any of the products you order for ANY reason, feel free to return the item(s) within 10 days.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, for all merchandise returned, for any reason other than King’s Framing & Art Gallery error, damage or defect.  There will be a 10% restocking fee on approved returns and if not damaged or opened.  On exchange orders a standard postage rate applies.  Please do not send prepaid envelopes.  Fill out the reverse side of your invoice (in full), advising us of the reason for the return.  Also indicate any substitution that you would like made (if applicable), and that’ll begin the process.  If a copy of your invoice isn’t available provide the invoice number.
